Have you ever had the perfect day that you wish you could just keep forever? I had one of those.. and I don't care how many bad things have happened to me.. this just makes up for it all.

My friend asked me to volunteer , helping her with a school project so today we did just that. We volunteered with the Habitat For Humanity. It was actually really really fun. There were kids from high school to adults as old as they come. Its always something amazing to see. Anyway, we did some siding. I re learned how to use a saw (very scary) as my friend re learned how to use a air gun (freaking halarious). She also had a very very cute guy she knew from class, helping her so I did some pushing on the subject.. and by pushing I mean "dude are you going to ask her out already" hehehhe.. evil I know but trust me... they spent 98 percent of the day flirting so they deserved it. Lol. They hours went by Very quickly.. and it was only a 4 hour shift so afterwards we grabbed some Arby's (yum!!!) and headed over to the park. We ate and watched a very wierd seagull beg for food. We made a deal that if he continued to chase the other seagulls away that close to us, we would give him a fry... He did just that,, no joke... He had like a radius around us and if any bird were to intrude they would be bitten and chased away.. If he missed one we would point at it and the seagull.. (after a few minutes of thinking about it) would chase it away. We named him our little asshole. We then laid in the grass, talking, followed by a nap. The weather was perfect.. a bit above 60 degrees, clear blue skies with a slight breeze. We then went over to watch a little pewee baseball game that was going on. We didnt know the players or the scored but we were there merely because sitting in the bleachers made us feel like high schoolers again. We watched this little girl flutter her eyes at a little baseball player after she gave him the ball back. He winked and gave her a thumbs up and she fluttered her little eyes and sighed.. it was so darn cute!!! By then the swingset was clear and my friend and i saw the chance to have a little fun... I pushed and attempted to take a picture with my phone but by the tim it clicked.. her butt was right in front of the camera (she was still swinging) After a few swings we called it quits and decided to go home.. I suppose 4 hours at the park was long enough. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect and relaxing day and best of all.... I think our 10 years friendship is going to continue on. I'm so happy! :)
